Ainsley Asphalt will be on-site next week to begin repair works on roads within the Estate. This will include several larger patch repairs, followed by an extensive schedule of footway repairs we have identified.

To safely complete works at the junction of Park Terrace and Newcastle Drive, a road closure will be in place from:

📅 Wednesday 29th April to Friday 1st May

During this time:

• The entrance/exit onto The Ropewalk will be closed
• Access to Park Terrace will be exclusively via the usually locked gate at the southern end of Park Terrace
