Property/business owners will need to apply for a Construction Licence before carrying out works on their property that will be encroaching on, or obstructing, Park Estate property such as pavements and roads.  This will ensure that work is carried out safely, in a timely manner, and with minimal disruption to Park residents.

If property/business owners require a skip to be sited on the road, they will need to apply for a Skip Permit. We have a list of skip companies who have signed up to our terms and conditions and we have their liability insurance documentation. Once you have chosen your skip company, the skip company should apply directly to the Estate Office for the permit.
