NPEL Members will remember that last year we sent out a questionnaire to gather feedback from our Members about what matters most to them. One of the key issues highlighted was the Estate Regulations.
The majority of responses indicated that the current Estate Regulations are effective and do not require updating. However, a significant proportion of Members felt that the Regulations were not always clear.
As an action arising from the last AGM, we have therefore worked to produce a clear, plain English version of the existing Estate Regulations, which you can find here.
Our other commitment was to continue exploring ways to improve parking arrangements across the Estate, and we will continue to work with the parking wardens to support this on an ongoing basis.
