At the AGM in November our accounts will be submitted for approval by the Members. Andrew usually stands up and presents the numbers to the residents at the meeting.
In the past members have commented that this does not leave very much time for people to understand or digest the numbers, ask questions etc For us it is important that we spend time explaining why the rent charge is at the level it is, how it is calculated and how it is administrated and spent.
We have drafted an explanation which is available through the link shared with members on the formal notice of the AGM.
If anyone has any questions, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then collate the questions and we can answer them either before or most likely at the AGM

09.10.18- Bollards The bollards have been left down since Saturday due to being hit several times after they were put up on Thursday. Having now looked at the CCTV of the incidents, there are many different scenarios but in each case a red light was driven through and at least 2 signs ignored. One common factor was speed, both on approach and accelerating too early.
Please click here for the list of extra measures that will be put in place before the bollards go back up, or visit the Nottingham Park Estate Facebook page.
