Our Mitie team carry out lighting scouts during the hours of darkness, and these checks usually line up with the reports we receive. However, because the clocks within the gas lamps are mechanical, there can occasionally be differences between what our team sees and what residents notice at different times.
Your reports help us pick up these discrepancies quickly so we can put fixes in place as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support.

- Please provide the lamp number (found on the base of the column).
- If there isn’t one, just let us know the location.
- Include the time you noticed the fault.
