💧 Thank you to the residents who reported the water leak at the top of North Road on Saturday!
After speaking with our contact at Severn Trent Water they confirmed they attended site early Monday morning to fix the issue.

Just a reminder:
🚰Severn Trent Water is responsible for water supply and sewers on the Park Estate. If you spot a leak or another issue, please report it via their website or call their emergency line: 0800 783 4444.

🌧 The Park Estate manages road gullies within the Estate to ensure proper surface water drainage. These are cleaned and jetted annually as part of our planned maintenance resulting in a program to rectify any blockages.

📍 We’ve also reported the blocked gully on Derby Road (outside the Estate boundary) to the City Council, as this is their responsibility.

We always encourage residents to report issues to the relevant place especially if they occur when the Estate office is not manned. Thank you for helping us keep the Estate running smoothly!
