We are aware that some residents have occasionally been experiencing difficulties gaining access through inward rising bollard on Peveril Drive.

Today, an engineer attended the site to investigate the issue. While on site, the engineer liaised with the manufacturer of the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) camera. However, they were unable to identify any clear faults or malfunctions in the camera systems that would explain the access problems.

The engineer has advised that, in order to assist further, residents experiencing access issues should report them directly to the Estate Office. When doing so, please provide the date and time of the incident. This information will allow the engineer to review the ANPR logs and determine whether the cameras are misreading number plates (e.g., adding or omitting digits), which could be contributing to the problem.
