Please ensure that your vehicle’s number plate remains clean and clearly visible at all times. This is crucial for correct identification by our ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system, which controls access through the rising bollards.

Earlier today, one of our colleagues experienced a delay due to insects obscuring their number plate, preventing the system from recognising the vehicle. Once the plate was cleaned, access was granted without issue.
