At our last Annual General Meeting (AGM), we made a commitment to seek Members views on some key topics that shape the future of our Estate. As part of that commitment, we’ll shortly be inviting Members to share their thoughts in a short questionnaire.

We know your time is valuable, so we’re keeping the questionnaire quick and easy—just a few minutes to complete. It will be sent out towards the end of next week, and Members will have one week to respond.

What Are We Asking?

We are keen to understand the appetite of Members for NPEL to revisit two core areas:

•   Estate Regulations – Parking:

Would you like us to review the current Estate Regulations, specifically in relation to parking?

•  Gas Street Lighting – Exploring Alternatives:

Would you like us to explore potential alternatives to our historic gas street lighting, balancing heritage with practicality and sustainability?

Additionally, we’ll ask for your thoughts on a small number of other areas that may be of interest to Members.
