Our street trees are an important historic element of the Estate and provide benefits for not only the residents but our natural environment too.

The on-site team regularly monitors tree health and actions any works that are required but we also conduct a comprehensive survey every three years, carried out by an Aboricultural Consultant. The last survey was completed in January 2023 and we’ve already addressed all priority 1 & 2 recommendations.  

Over the next few weeks you may notice our tree surgeon working on priority 3 tasks and other items raised by the Estate staff. Any trees that need to be removed will be replanted in the coming months.
