The 1st half yearly rate demands for the Rentcharge (Park Rate) for the period 1^st April –30^th September 2023 will be sent out on 7^th June this year.  If we hold an email address for you, the demands will be emailed to you from noreply-noris@nottinghamparkestate.co.uk.  Could we ask that you check your spam folder around this date and mark emails from Noris as safe?

Paying by Direct Debit (DD) drastically cuts down the administration time in processing payments and reduces the bank charges passed onto the Company which in turn becomes a benefit for everyone. You can opt to pay twice a year on the due dates of 1^st July and 1^st January or spread the cost of each demand over 6 monthly payments.  If you haven’t already signed up to pay by DD, please contact the office on enquiries@nottinghamparkestate.co.uk to request a mandate.
