The outward bollard was overcome with water during heavy rain just before Christmas. This caused the electrics to fail which is why the system is now turned off. We are in the process of getting the levels of the road surface checked as well as nearby gullies to ensure this is not an issue going forward. Replacement parts have been ordered for the control panel.
