The Members of the Board of Directors retiring by rotation at this year’s Annual General Meeting are Sean Henry and Jinny Degano. Richard Middleton, Sara Gadzik and Jane Morrell have all retired during the year, furthermore, there is a vacancy which was not filled at the 2021 election.

There are, therefore, six vacancies to be filled. Sean Henry and Jinny Degano have confirmed that they will be standing for re-election at the AGM.
